Shipping & Returns

Shipping to Morocco: Local items are estimated at 1–4 business days after dispatch; international warehouse items may take 10–20 business days. Standard shipping is 15 MAD below 99 MAD and free from 99 MAD. Final charges appear at checkout.

Returns and exchanges: Request within 15 calendar days of delivery. For a change of mind or an incorrect size choice, you pay tracked return shipping. We cover return and replacement shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Contact irrakids@gmail.com before sending it back. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.
