Delivery times are estimates and depend on availability and the carrier. We email tracking details after dispatch when available. Where our try-before-payment service is offered, you may decline an item with the delivery person before payment.

Request a return or size exchange within 15 calendar days after delivery. Read our Refund policy and contact irrakids@gmail.com before sending anything back.
